Hūym āngy Vǖy was founded durring the early 9th century, by Brêrêtco Èqtê Trêye Êpî Dyëkdsm Crabs Wrath Beetles. The establishment of Hūym āngy Vǖy was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Hūym āngy Vǖy's construction back out of the project. Brêrêtco Èqtê Trêye Êpî Dyëkdsm Crabs Wrath Beetles pushed on reguardles, and Hūym āngy Vǖy was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Hūym āngy Vǖy was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hūym āngy Vǖy is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Hūym āngy Vǖy is is constructed arround a series of broad paverstone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Hūym āngy Vǖy has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Hūym āngy Vǖy’s streets.

They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Hūym āngy Vǖy's natural decorations nor waterways.

Hūym āngy Vǖy's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is which made use of the classical orders and mathematically precise ratios of height and width combined with a desire for symmetry, proportion, and harmony. It used columns, pediments, arches and domes are imaginatively in buildings of all types. Decorative features were seen as largely unnecessary as the sheer beauty of the structure itself was often close to art.
